- They just need more space – When people buy their first home or business property, they originally believe that it had enough room for their needs at that time. As businesses begin to grow and prosper and families start to form, it makes sense to start looking for a home that offers more space especially for growing teenagers. People are becoming a lot more health conscious and parents may want extra space to set up something like a home gymnasium or maybe even have a swimming pool installed.
